• This is a DIY product.
  The mesh chair will be delivered within two weeks after the full payment has been done by the customer.
  
  In Mumbai, chair (both single and bulk) will already be installed before delivery. However, if there is a delivery outside Mumbai, then chair can be sent in a DIY pack but customer himself needs to install the chair. Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad are cities ready for delivery.
  
  The shipping charge for Mumbai & Bangalore will be free. Orders from any other location will be treated as a completed order form and a Proforma invoice will be raised consisting of delivery charges etc.and processed accordingly on completion of payment.
  
  For the first 6 months installer will be free. Top 10 cities available for delivery will be Rs. 500 for shipping. Non-standard Pincode areas will have a shipping cost of Rs. 500 and an installer cost of Rs. 500.

• Worldtag chairs comes with 1 year of warranty on manufacturing defect and 100% ergonomics flexibility of height, armrests, mobility and back tilt. Warranty on the mesh is valid for 6 months on manufacturing defect.
  
  Your FASHION PLUS ERGONOMIC WORLDTAG CHAIR is warranted to original purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against normal use. Warranty for the Product(s) is only against any defects in the manufacturer's material or workmanship, which provide for the repair of the defective Products(s).
  
  This warranty does not cover against any accidental damage, loss, acts of god, or misuse /abuse of the Product(s) or any other event not attributable to the manufacturer's material or workmanship or manufacture of the product or resulting from accidents or negligence.
  
  Warranty shall always be Carry in Warranty. Any disputes arising in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
• 1. Any spillage should be wiped dry with a soft cloth immediately as there is a chance of staining of product.
  
  2. Clean your upholstery at least once a week with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner as accumulated dirt will accelerate wear and dull the colours.
  
  3. All mesh can be damaged by sharp-edged toys, buckles, jewellery and domestic pets. Do take care to avoid such mishaps.
  
  4. Direct sunlight over a prolonged period of time can cause fading and/or deterioration of fabric. When planning your room, arrange your furniture so that the product is protected from direct sunlight.
  
  5. Strictly avoid using bleach when washing your upholstery.
